Bobby Minor

Head of Baseball Operations

Bobby brings a unique combination of skills and experience to our team in that, while he has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience with several Fortune 500 companies, he’s also a baseball guy. For the past 7 years Bobby has been a Social Media and Marketing Consultant managing activities for several high profile clients, and for the past three years has been involved in real estate investing in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. As a player played college baseball at Prairie View A&M before an arm injury cut his collegiate career short and later played on a men's travel team playing in Mexico several times. He is also a former high school baseball coach and previously ran a select baseball club in DFW. Currently, he enjoys being a parent and coach to youngest son Julian and watching him as he plays on the Fort Worth Aces 15U Showcase team. In addition to his youngest son, Bobby also has a beautiful half-Dominican/half-Puerto Rican wife Cary, an older son Caleb, and daughter Carimar.
