CJ Beatty



Christian Jarreau Beatty was born September 28, 1988 in Winston-Salem, NC. He graduated from Glenn High School, Kernersville, NC. He moved on to attend North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University located in Greensboro, NC, where he majored in Business and catapulted his baseball career.

CJ’s accomplishments and accolades led him to be drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 26th round of the 2009 MLB June Amateur Draft from North Carolina A&T State University. He accredits some his life’s learned lessons of “Mental Toughness” from Albert Pujols, former first baseman of the St Louis Cardinals.

In addition to his baseball career CJ has expanded his talents to including Motivational Speaking and Life Coaching. He specializes in teaching and inspiring people to believe in themselves while staying focused and committing to fulfill each challenge they pursue. Since 2009, CJ has traveled around the country including Australia delivering powerful messages. His speaking engagements include, Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System Anti-Bullying Event, Wake Forest University Baseball Team, University of Virginia Football Team, Wheatmore High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Trinity, NC) and numerous others.

Matt Helms


Matt Helms
Helms, an Oklahoma native, was a bench coach/hitting coach for the Cleburne Railroaders last year and also spent four seasons in the Canadian-America League with the last two of those with the Ottawa Champions. He has a .281/.335/.377 slashline in his four seasons of professional baseball after playing for both Seminole State Collage and the University of Louisville. Helms' best professional season came with Quebec in 2014, when he hit .315 with three home runs and 32 RBI in 87 games as a rookie.

Ken Willis



James "Ken" Willis playing experience consist of playing divison I baseabll at Florida A&M and Savannah State University where he played as catcher and finished with batting average of a .314 his senior season.

His coaching career consisted of being a student assistant coach at Florida A&M University (2004) and a volunteer interim head coach at Savannah State University(Fall 2005). In 2010 he became the head coach of baseball at Sebastian River High School in Sebastian, FL. Where Coach Willis is still devoting his time diligently working and giving back today's youth.
