*(All players and travelers must acknowledge and abide by all Terms & Conditions listed below)*



*1. Payments*

A. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a player is injured and cannot compete in any sports. A notarized doctor's note will be required and only a portion will be refunded (depending upon date of injury and vendor rules that apply). Payments made may be eligible to be rolled over to a future Cepeda Sports event if agreed on by Cepeda Sports President.

B. All payments are due on or before the 5th of each month. If mailed, payment must be postmarked by 5th of respective month.

C. $300 player deposit (or traveler deposit) required to secure spot with monthly payments thereafter. A player's entire trip must be paid in full on
or before May 8th of the competing year. No player will be allowed to participate if trip is not paid in full by such date unless arrangements have been made with Cepeda Sports President.

D. All payment fees will be made via Cepeda Baseball merchant processing. Monthly invoices will be sent via email with payment instructions.

E. Player will not receive his uniforms until payment is made in full.

F. Late Fees: $25 late fee (1st late fee); $50 late fee (2nd late fee); $75 (3rd late fee and possible removal from team).


*2. Airfare*

A. All travelers are required to book their own airfare. SDQ (Santo Domingo) or PUJ (Punta Cana) are the airport codes for the Dominican
Republic.


*3. Booking*

A. Cepeda Caribbean Classic will NOT provide our travelers with a private travel agency. Families can use an outside agency if they choose or book
travel with their preferred airline of choice.


*4. Extended Stay and Upgrades*

A. Travelers can extend their stay or arrive early. Pricing varies and travelers are responsible for charges. Must be okay’d by Cepeda Staff 90 days in advance.


*5. Traveling Alone*


A. NO players are allowed to travel alone for this trip. Must have a parent or responsible guardian 18+ accompanying them to Dominican Republic.


*6. Medical*


A. In the event a player or traveler needs medical attention, immediately notify hotel staffing, coaches, or traveling staff.


*7. Liability*


A, Our Caribbean Classic staff is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced property and/or injury occurring due to sports related or trip
related activities.


*8. Conduct at the Resort and at Baseball Related Activities *


A, All players, parents, and additional travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Conduct not consistent with the Cepeda Sports name may result in disciplinary action including requiring a player to sit out of games, and/or removal from the resort.


*9. Acts of Nature (Things beyond our control)*


A, The Caribbean Classic/Caribbean Classic staff is NOT responsible for things that happen beyond our control like weather, power outages, etc. but
we will do everything in our power to adapt to unexpected events to ensure a great experience for everyone.

After a hugely successful 5th Annual Caribbean Classic this past July in the Dominican Republic, we are excited to announce our return to La Romana, DR for the 6th Annual Caribbean Classic.  The tournament is scheduled for June 9 - 16, 2019 where we will play against some of the most competitive baseball teams from the Dominican that rival the best competition found in the US.  Don't miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity to not only play some incredible baseball, but also create great memories with your family that will last a lifetime.  Our trip will include accommodations at the beautiful Grand Bahia Principe La Romana. This 5-star all-inclusive resort has something to offer everyone in the family, while offering an unparalleled dining and entertainment experience. The Grand Bahia Principe La Romana resort is located less than an hour away from the national capital, Santo Domingo, and is minutes away from San Pedro de Macoris, also known as "The Cradle of Shortstops." According to Baseball-Reference, 76 players in Major League Baseball history were born in San Pedro de Macoris.

Pre-Register

We are looking for elite travel ball players (AAA & Major ideally but will consider AA players with coaches recommendation), not only to compete at a high level but represent CEPEDA/USA the right way. We have had tremendous success in the past and want to continue this tradition. So come join us for a phenomenal experience and represent USA on the baseball diamond.

  • Ages 10U through 14U (some groups may play combined age groups). We will carry 1 or 2 teams per age group with a maximum of 12 players per roster.
  • Tryouts will be in So Cal, Nor Cal, Florida, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, Boston,South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Please visit website frequently for updated times and locations
  • All teams will be coached by current and former professional players and college coaches from both the US and DR.

All tryouts are $40 per each player due at tryout.
